Shannon LaGassa won her first IHSA class in the Intermediate Division.
Steven Lakin swept the Open Division and was high point rider in both shows.
MUET was awarded Champion team in the afternoon show. Leah Moore qualified for Regionals, individual first place ribbons went to Steven Lakin, Shannon LaGassa, Liz Chasky, Megan Perry and Kayla Kuhlman.
The team showed great depth in all divisions, and are ready to take on the Region again at OUS next weekend, as well as the UT Scrimmage in the same weekend followed by an Invitational at West Virginia University.

The hawks were spotted at the National Horse Show in Lexington Kentucky at the Alltech Arena.
The students had a wonderful tour given by Carrie Wirth of Phelps Media Group and had the opportunity to listen to Leo Conroy speak. They watched some of the older large junior hunters compete, the Junior/Amateur Owner Jumper Prix, as well as the big event of the evening, the Grand Prix. Front and center the seats were in the middle of the arena about 4 rows from the ring. We would like to thank Bill Berman for providing this opportunity.
MUET over one hundred members strong, three teams one family!
