Hawks Swoop West Virginia

The Miami Redhawks evaded the flu outbreak and made it to WVU to compete in the Mountaineer Invitational on December 1st.   Hawks competed against 18 teams  and the Miami Black team earned Reserve Champion College with 29 points.  They were second to Berry College and outscored The University of Kentucky and The University of Findlay among others.  The Miami Red team had a great showing  and finished among the top ten teams.

 Miami Seniors Steven Lakin and Leah Moore competed in the High Point rider phase, both making it to the Horsemanship finals.

 The Hawks let their presence be known, and other teams and coaches remarked on the depth and outstanding performances of the teams throughout the weekend.

Holiday Party up next, Mama Cramer is excited to have the team over for a good Italian meal, as the coaches celebrate a great first half of the season with the hawks.
