The progress of Miami University Equestrian

Miami at Roberts Arena

On Thursday, November 19th, Coach Heather Pinnick and Miami riders Mallory Myers, Taylor Myers, Ashley Dowler, Allie Stuckey, Victoria Lawler, Jessica Brobst, and Samantha Long loaded up the trailers to drive to Robert’s Arena in Wilmington, Ohio. The show was a sold out, “A” rated show, with around 300 horses at the show grounds. The class sizes were large for all of the divisions, averaging around 20 horses in a class.
Some Like it Hot “Maddie” and Mallory Myers competed in the medium schooling jumpers and Novice Adult jumpers.  They were 8th in the medium schooling.  They had some rails in the Novice jumpers but were were very handy in their turns and came in with the fastest times!
